The property consists 4 levels of open space configured for office and entertaining and a 11 car surface lot. Original detail work has been preserved or enhanced. Details include gorgeously sandblasted brick walls, rows of exposed timber and original fir flooring. Bright and operable industrial steel windows allow natural light on three sides of the building.
Originally a furniture factory for many decades, it was commandeered by Mr. S Leather and became a keystone of the City’s groundbreaking Folsom Street District. As the Magic Factory, it is now home to a multi-disciplinary creative firm.
